Very often as leaders we can be so busy and weighed down with our things to do lists. Not only that our desire to develop ourselves personally, listening to audiobooks and talks, reading books, magazines and blogs, can have us mentally and emotionally exhausted.

In this video I was able to speak to Marcellus Lindsay the founder of the Biz Boot camp about the subject of leadership and in particular the importance of taking time to rest, recalibrate, “Be still and wait on God”. Marcellus is more than qualified to speak on the subject. He is developing and coaching leaders all over the country.
