What the teachers have said about the program

"The students who participated in the Do Something Programme were fully motivated and enthusiastic throughout. It helped them to evaluate their sstrengths and weaknesses and to think about the future and what they can achieve if they try their best.
Working together as a team for 10 weeks helped the students to focus on team - building, supporting each other and their peers, reflecting on their actions and consequences and producing a Presentation which was well received by our Year 7 students.

Miss S Sookdeo (Head of Yr 9 Kingsbury school)

"The pupils at Great Barr School have thoroughly loved working with Errol Lawson on the Leadership Development Programme. Errol has provided energetic and fun sessions with our pupils whilst keeping them focused and on task. Errol is extremely professional and someone that pupils can relate to and who I have thoroughly enjoyed working with. We hope to have Errol in School again to work with our pupils to further inspire them"
Miss K. Stilwell. (G and T coordinator Great Barr School)

"Students felt that the 'Do Something' programme gave them a fun insight into how to lead. They felt that it helped them to understand the skills they needed to develop in order to be an effective leader; from having the right attitude to the secret messages of body language."
Lindsey Vincent, Assistant Head of Lower School/G&T Lead Teacher
